- (AE) Account Executives will oversee high-level existing business, leads already landed by our business development team, and use cold calling and email strategies to find and qualify additional clients not yet in our network
- Build trust and rapport with the client to ensure seamless and transparent communication.
- Grow assigned accounts through active management of transactional and contracted business.
- Build loads and arrange appt times for loads by calling those locations
- Conduct and participate in quarterly business reviews with senior-level management for high-level objectives
- Coordinate and communicate with the pricing team, sales leaders, and executives to review and strategize on client projects, analytics, and seasonality.
- Assist with converting drivers to mobile electronic tracking systems
- Exemplify Circle’s commitment to “No-Fail Service” by reducing preventable bouncing, giving loads back, etc.
- Maintain a daily call balance between active clients, prospects or potential new leads. (inbound/ outbound calls )
- Set and execute your monthly load count and gross profit goals. (Daily/Weekly takes, New Customer setups)
- Manage and update CRM activities as set by management
- Achieve daily goal accomplishments as set by management while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Create, update and maintain client SOPs, and communicate customer billing requirements
- Associates (AA)/(AS) or Bachelors (BA) required
- Any previous sales experience: 1-3 years of experience
- Proven B2B Sales, (NBO) New buying accounts, Sale pipeline strategies (etc.)
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
