Overview: The Branch Services Representative's role is to exemplify Circle’s commitment to “No Fail Service” by reducing preventable bouncing, giving loads back, etc., between the client and Circle Logistics.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Build and maintain a strong book of business with carriers
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and schedule shipments
- Track and manage daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Resolve transportation issues with urgency and professionalism
- Support branch development through strategic carrier procurement
- Stay informed on market trends, lane density, and seasonality
- Qualify carriers and ensure proper communication on load details
- Attend all relevant branch development meetings
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience gets our attention
- Strong written and verbal communication that builds trust and gets results
