- Lead Future Team Growth: While initially an individual contributor role, the position offers growth opportunities to move into a leadership position, managing a team of sales professionals as your revenue base expands.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a book of business independently.
- Strong understanding of freight brokerage operations, including pricing, transportation modes, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated with a self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Leadership potential: While not a managerial role initially, candidates must demonstrate a strong desire to grow into a team-leadership position over time.
